The Blackburn Outpost Elite Hitchhiker Bag is a top-tube bag built for riders who need quick access to snacks, a phone, or small tools without breaking stride. A bolt-on mounting system keeps it firmly in place no shifting, no rattling, even on rough gravel or trail surfaces. The design accommodates a wide range of frame sizes, making it a practical choice for road, gravel, or bikepacking setups alike.

Multiple compartments help keep gear organized and reachable while you ride, so you’re not digging around mid-effort. Straightforward to install and genuinely useful on long days in the saddle.
